Deposit to reserve a half Berkshire hog. Processing dates are set for January, February and March  2022. Approximately 60-70 lbs in your freezer. A Half Hog contains half of all the cuts in the whole hog (half of all the chops, bacon, hams, sausage, roasts, ribs,etc) The total price on halves in this group is $375. This includes processing and delivery within 150 miles of the farm. Delivery time and place is determined when processing is finished. Balance is due at time of delivery. We pay for standard processing, take the hogs to the processor and deliver them to your door. If you would like to make installment payments for your hog from the date your reservation until a zero balance is reached please contact us for more info. If you decide to do brats, links or patties that is an extra cost. Usually $20-45 per half.  Deposits are non refundable. If you choose to cancel, your balance can be used to purchase in stock items.
