Handcrafted in Modena, Italy, Batistini Farms’ naturally sweet Vanishing Grape White Balsamic Vinegar is a complex blend of sweet, crisp, and tart from Italian vineyard grapes like Trebbiano. To reserve the transparency of the grapes, the must is condensed, not cooked like it is for dark balsamic vinegars, and it is finished with a hint of vintner’s vinegar from wine. Bottled at a low ~ 5.4% acidity.
Harmonious balance of oak notes with an intense bittersweet taste. It is a transparent color with a well-balanced acidity.
