Fall 2022 1/4 Beef

This is a deposit to reserve your quarter  beef. A quarter is priced at $5.50 per pound hanging weight. We are anticipating 150-200 pound hanging weights per quarter. A quarter beef with processing and delivery included will cost between $750-1000 This deposit goes towards the grand total, with the balance being paid at delivery. Processing is done at USDA inspected 307 Meats. The cuts of a quarter beef are 1/4 of all the cuts that would make up a whole beef. For example you will get 25% of all the hamburger, steaks roasts etc. The beef will be cut to standard cuts and up to 21 day aging is also available at no extra charge. If you would like to make installment payments per month for your 1/4 beef from the date your reservation until zero balance please contact us for more info. Deposits are non refundable. If you choose to cancel your balance can be used to purchase in stock items.
