WHY WE LOVE THIS: Cubed beef is typically used for beef stew, chili, or beef bourguignon, but it also makes a mean slow-cooker shredded beef taco and with a little extra prep, it can be used in a stir fry!

• Shelf life: Seven days in the fridge or up to one year frozen
• Let thaw in the refrigerator. Place in fridge in the morning for use in the evening

FROM THE CHEF: For a classic beef stew, simmer gently on the stovetop in a giant pot filled with stock, and sauteed carrots, onions, celery, Yukon gold potatoes, and any other root veggies you forgot about in the bottom drawer of your fridge.
