We’ve added a little extra kick and flavor to our original Elk Summer Sausage with the new BBQ Peppercheese variety. Our summer sausage is perfectly cooked to be tender and highlight the delicious bison flavor.

We take pride in the fact that our bison summer sausage contains no MSG, no added nitrates. There is 4% added beef per USDA regulations. Elk summer sausage makes a great high protein snack and is a great gift giving item.
