Ground Dry-Aged Beef

Our lean ground beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished on pasture at Old Time Farm. Unlike grocery meats where it’s often difficult to trace the source of ingredients and you have to drain off water and excessive amounts of fat, our ground beef is all meat from one mindfully raised animal. Our customers tell us ground beef tastes like steak – full of flavor!
