If you are looking for the most tender steak that is full beef flavor then the Tenderloin Filet is your steak. A very nice 6 to 8oz portion is best grilled to medium rare. Cooking tip: Add just a little Kosher salt and fresh pepper. Cover in a light coat of olive oil. Heat grill to 400 degrees. Grill steak for 3-4 minutes on each side. Let rest 10 minutes and serve.
