Our Chorizo is a Mexican Style Chorizo, 4 links with an all natural sheeps casing. Made with 100% Cotton Cattle Pork. Raised all natural without hormones or antibiotics. 

Ingredients: Ground pork, pula chile, white vinegar, arabol chile, water, salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, ground cloves, onion powder.

Cotton Cattle’s Heritage Pork is authentically raised by Farmer Moses.

Our pork is:
