Encore, please!

At Ballerina Farm we proudly offer a dinner and a show experience. If you haven’t invested in one of our weekly/monthly meat boxes, we highly recommend it. We are committed to feeding our audience with top shelf mountain raised pork and beef!

Join the Encore! Encore is our meat subscription offering. Choose to receive boxes every 30, 60 or 90 days. You get priority in choosing your favorite cuts and also receive the biggest discount on shipping costs. 

Boxes are sent out each month during the same week you started your subscription. Feel free to pause, skip, or cancel your membership at any time.

The boxes will be slightly different each month but tell us your favorite cuts and we will fill your order the best we can. Encore members get first choice on what they want! If you would like to substitute a meat item for a merchandise item we are happy to accommodate. Just shoot us a message and we will make the swap for that month’s box.

Encore members may request Merchandise items to be included in their box in place of meat.

Box Options

Boxes that have two or three prices vary in the amount of meat and cuts in the box. A $299 box will give you more meat than a $199 box.

Box 1 – Ground Beef (~10lbs, ~20lbs)

For those wanting to stock up on dry-aged, delicious ground beef. Comes in 1lb packages for easy thawing and quick meals.

This box gives you the most bang for your buck with plenty of variety. No steaks or bacon but lots of options and flavors to keep you smiling.
